N.D.-(NewsDakota.com) The Lisbon Post 7 American Legion Baseball team has made reservations to Bottineau, as they clinched the Section 2 Championship on Saturday 6-3 over Edgeley.

Tyler Mittleider earned the victory for Post 7, as he threw all seven innings, which included three perfect innings, retiring the Edgeley lineup during their first at-bats.

The team that finished number three team out of the section during the regular season now heads north to Bottineau to play in the State Class B American Legion Baseball Tournament. The tournament is scheduled to start on Thursday July 28.
