Mark McKenzie(NewsDakota.com)…Jamestowns Alison Allmer won the Al Sahli Invite cross country meet in Aberdeen on Friday. The Sophomore won the race by :13 seconds. Kaiann Arellano came in 17th for the Blue Jays. As a team, the Jays come in third place with 80 points.

In the boys division, Jamestown was second with 44 points. Rapid City won the meet with 37 points. The Jays had four of the top 10 runners. Phil Manley finished sixth, Joe Jensen seventh, Aaron Ford ninth, and Michael Sorenson 10th. Jake Nieland crossed the finish line in the 14th spot, and Kyle Flee was 15th.

Jamestown will head to Valley City for a meet on Saturday, September 17th.
