Mark McKenzie (Jamestown, ND)…The Jimmie golf teams are hosting the Jamestown College Invite Monday. Due to flooding issues at the Country Club, the meet is taking place at Cross Roads Golf Course in Carrington.

The Bue Jay girls golf team is taking part in a meet in Bismarck on Monday. This is a return trip for the Jays, as Jamestown took part in the Bismarck Century Invitational on Saturday.  Sierra Bennion qualified for state, as the eighth grader placed fourth with a 79.

Maria LeFevere shot a 93, and Alyssa Mangin scored a 97. The Jays only had three golfers competing, so a team score was not possible. To accumulate a team score, schools must have at least four golfers playing in the Tournament.
