Jamestown, N.D…Despite being short handed, the Blue Jay girls golf team put forth another good effort on Monday at a WDA meet in Bismarck.

Jamestown had only three golfers competing due to injuries, and two of them placed in the top ten. Eighth grader Sierra Bennion shot a 86, good enough for a tie for sixth, and Sophomore Maria LeFevre carded a 90, and tied for eighth. The Jays third golfer, Alyssa Mangin shot a 105, and finished tied for 25th.

The Blue Jays will take part in their third meet in four days on Tuesday, weather pending, with a trip to Mandan for their final meet of the regular season.  The WDA Meet is set for Monday, September 26th in Bismarck.
