(NewsDakota.com)- The Jimmie basketball teams finished off their 3-game home stand with a third consecutive sweep, this time over Trinity Bible College. 

The JC women rolled to a 106-39 win. Once again showing their offensive dominance with 15 players scoring. Coach Greg Ulland continues to go deep into his bench and receives production. They go to 13-1 with the win.

In the second game, the men had a little bit of a tougher time with the Lions, but flexed their muscles down the stretch to come away with a 87-60 win. Travis Burley’s jaw-dropping put-back slam was the catalyst that jumped started a slow start for the Jimmies into a runaway.

JC improves to 9-3 on the season.

Up next for the women: They will travel to Sioux Falls to take on the Cougars beginning at 5:30pm. The game can be heard on KQDJ 1400AM with a 5:15 pregame.

Up next for the men: The men will take some time off before jumping on a plane to Florida for a couple days to take on two ranked opponents in Southeastern (FL) and Warner Southern (FL) next weekend.
