City, N.D. – A Southeast Judicial District judge has denied a request to repeal an administrative law judge ruling over the annexation of properties south of Valley City to 35th street south.

The area includes the RAM club bar and residents in the Woodland Park area. City attorney Russ Myhre says petitioners have another 60 days to appeal the Judge Paulson ruling.

Myhre says another request to repeal an administrative law judge annexation ruling on east main east of Valley City is still pending.
