Jamestown High School girls hockey teams skated to a 3-3 tie with East Grand Forks in their opening game of a tournament in Crookston, Minn., on Tuesday.

Down 3-0 about midway through the second period, Jamestown closed out the game with three unanswered goals to earn the tie. Amber Schaack scored two goals for Jamestown, and Kelsey Neumann added the third goal. Goalie Carissa Finck had 29 saves for Jamestown.

The Blue Jays are in action again Wednesday night when they play host-team Crookston.
