(NewsDakota.com) – Five Blue Jays and five Hi-Liners are ranked in the latest Class A state wrestling poll released Thursday.

Valley City’s Brandon Larson leads the pack with a No. 1 ranking at 195 pounds. Also ranked for Valley City are Shane Undem, No. 2 at 138; Zach Doty, No. 4 at 152; Steven Horner, No. 5 at 285; and Reed Beckman, No. 6 at 145.

Jamestown’s Zane Braun is rated No. 3 at 152 pounds to lead the group of Blue Jays in the poll. Jaden Horsted is No. 4 at 120 pounds; Nate Purcell is No. 5 at 220; Eathan Gumke is No. 6 at 170; and Paxon Mewes is No. 6 at 103 pounds.
