CITY (NewsDakota.com) Police arrested a Valley City man at a residence in the northeast corner of town about 11:30pm Wednesday night.

Interim Police Chief Mark McDonald said the 18-year-old man faces possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia charges in this incident.
