(NewsDakota.com) The Oakes Chamber of Commerce has announced Tara Schmitz as the winner of “The Pride Of Oakes” for March of 2012.
The nomination that was submitted on her behalf read the following: “I would like to nominate Tara Schmitz for the Pride of Oakes. She goes way beyond her call of work. She always takes care of my paperwork for me even though she doesn’t have to and always with a smile. The other day I was in the store and she did such a wonderful act of kindness for a lady that was having a difficult time that made me realize that she is truly a Pride of Oakes.”
Schmitz runs and operates Tara’s Thrifty White Pharmacy in Oakes.
