N.D. (AP) – The Red River Zoo is adding an indoor-outdoor otter attraction. Zoo director Lisa Tate says that the exhibit will rival any other otter exhibit in the country. It will be built into a hill, allowing visitors to view the creatures from the outside but also give them an otter’s eye view. The 0,000 exhibit should be ready by next spring. To raise more money for the project, the zoo is selling otter naming rights for ,000. The female’s name was just bought and will be called Annabell. The male has yet to be named.
