CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The Post 60 American Legion baseball team picked up a pair of sectional wins Friday night in Valley City.

Valley City swept Lidgerwood 9-3 and 13-3 (5), with both games counting in the section standings.  Lidgerwood was unable to host their scheduled half of the home-and-home, making both games in Valley City count toward the league race. 

Jaden Keys and Austen Meyer made the starts for Post 60 in the wins.

Post 60 plays at Kindred tonight, with gametime set for 6:00 p.m.
