CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) So far there are no water restrictions in place for Barnes County Rural water users according to manager Perry Kapaun. He says the drier weather has helped some farmers with spraying less this year but has caused some headaches for ranchers working harder to get fresh water to their cattle.

On Tuesday, restrictions were put in place for Cass County Rural water customers. But as Kapaun says so far no restrictions are in place for Barnes County Rural water customers.
