FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Family members are speaking out, following word that the wrong-way driver of a pickup that killed 3 members of a West Fargo family had a blood alcohol level 3 times the legal limit.

Wyatt Klein’s blood alcohol level was .25 (point-two-five.) Klein died in the crash as did Aaron and Allison Deutcher and their 18-month-old daughter, Brielle. Allison’s father, Lynn Mickelson, says drunk driving laws need to be toughed.

Court documents show, Klein had a history of drinking and driving. The July 6 crash happend on Interstate 94 about 30 miles west of Jamestown.
