(NewsDakota.com)- Coming off five straight wins at the Post 14 Invite, the Jamestown Legion team has now lost five in a row. After dropping a double header to Bismarck on Thursday and a single game to Coon Rapids on Friday, Jamestown couldn’t get the offense going against Williston.

Ben Walz doubled in three runs in the first innings, but it was all Williston after that. They took the first game 8-3 and the second 4-2. Jamestown ran into a 10-inning scoreless streak between first inning of game one and the fifth of game two.

The record for Post 14 now sits at 15-14. They will be on the road in Aberdeen tomorrow for a 5:30 start time. We will carry game one of the doubleheader on KQDJ-AM 1400.

Fargo comes to town on Wednesday. It will be Fan Appreciation Day the start times have been moved up to 3:30 and 5:30.
