VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A Valley City man faces a felony charge for allegedly attempting to lure minors via of a computer and other electronic means in Richland County.
Police arrested 31-year-old Joshua Dale Holm Sunday night in Valley City. Holm was monitored by Wahpeton police in a sting operation this year.
The class “B” felony charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and or a $10,000 fine.
