JAMESTOWN (NewsDakota.com)- Joey Gebhardt went the distance and Jake Stilwell delivered the games biggest hit to help Jamestown win their first state tournament game 2-1 over Dickinson.
Dickinson scored in the 4th without a hit thanks to a walk, stolen base and a ground ball RBI.
In the 6th, Kasey Gengler singled to fill the bases before Stilwell drilled a double to the left center field gap.
Danny Fischer and Brady Anderson came around to score for the runs Jamestown needed.
Gebhardt was spectacular going all 9 innings and scattering 4 hits.
Post 14 will play again tomorrow against #1-seed Fargo at 11am.
