(NewsDakota.com) – Court documents show five people were sentenced on felony charges over the past two weeks in Stutsman County Southeast District Court.

24-year-old Dylan Jay Biloff of Bismarck pleaded guilty to the Felony C charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 15 months with the Department of Corrections and will receive credit for 139 days served. He also must pay $550 in fees and will be on supervised probation for two years following his release.

25-year-old Ryan Michael Davis of Jamestown pleaded guilty to the Felony C charge of Criminal Mischief. He was sentenced to 366 days with the Department of Corrections. All but 30 days were suspended. He also must pay $1,525 in fees and restitution and be on supervised probation for two years.

23-year-old Jordan Michael Spaeth of Jamestown was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail after pleading guilty to the Felony B charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. He must also pay $775 in fees and will be on supervised probation for two years.

31-year-old Sarah Michelle Ellsworth of Jamestown pleaded guilty to the Felony C charge of Theft of Property. She received a deferred sentence, but must pay $2,850 in fees, which includes $2,000 in restitution. She is on supervised probation for two years.

21-year-old Brandon Kenneth Leroy Gaden of Fargo pleaded guilty to the Felony B charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver. He received a deferred sentence but must pay $1,100 in fees. He is on supervised probation for two years.
