CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Streets surrounding the Valley City water treatment plant are beat up and the city will spend 0,000 for paving reconstruction.
City Administrator David Schelkoph says the total project is estimated at $150,000.

Schelkoph says one of the contractor, Swanberg Construction who worked on the water treatment plant renovation will kick in $50,000.

The city commission approved of spending $100,000 from the Repair and Repaving fund for the project. Schelkoph says work will start next week and should be completed in about 3 weeks.
