CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Police are investigating a report that a 36-year-old Hazen, North Dakota man assaulted a 40-year-old Richardton, North Dakota man early Sunday morning in the North Dakota Winter Show campground area.

The victim suffered facial injuries in the assault and the incident is under investigation with the Valley City police department.
