ROCKFORD (NewsDakota.com) – Construction is scheduled to start Friday on Highway 15 east of New Rockford.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation says crews will be doing roadway resurfacing starting from the junction of Highway 281 and Highway 15 at New Rockford and going east to the junction of Highway 15 and Highway 20.

The project is expected to be completed in mid-October.

Speeds will be reduced, an 11.5 foot width restriction will be in place, fresh oil may be on the roadway and motorists should watch for flaggers and pilot cars.
