(NewsDakota.com)- The new NAIA polls made their appearance on Tuesday and the two Jamestown College teams having the most success this fall are looking to crack the Top-25.

The Jimmie soccer team came in with 57 votes this week. They currently need 116 to crack the rankings. Jamestown College would be 29th if the poll extended beyond the Top-25.

They got another win yesterday taking down Bethel (MN) University 5-0. It moved them to 10-0 on the season, their is just one other team with 10 wins in the country. The Jimmies will get a good test this weekend when Great Falls (MT) comes to Jamestown on Saturday. The match will start at 3pm at the Jimmie Soccer Field.

On the volleyball side, the Jimmies dropped out of receiving votes after a two-week hiatus on the schedule. Last week they returned to action with a 4-1 record.

Jamestown College moved back into RV with nine votes. They have wins over two teams that currently sit ahead of them Doane is No. 14 and Belluve is receiving votes with 56.

The Jimmies will play two more team that also appear on the current rankings. No. 20 Viterbo (WI) on October 20th and Northwestern (IA) on October 6th.

Valley City St. and Dakota Wesleyan will come to the Hansen Center this weekend.
