ROLLA (NewsDakota.com)  The Carrington Girls Volleyball Team was in action on Tuesday, October 9th at Rolla.  The Cards lost to Rolla/Rock Lake 3-1 (25-16, 23-25, 22-25, 21-25).  Carrington drops to 24-7 overall.

Head Coach Sharon Boehmer said that serving played a big factor in the each set.  The first set went well, good quality serves and a good set overall beating them 25-16, but the next three sets Carrington didn’t serve well and ended up losing the next three.

Next up for the Cards is North Star in Carrington, Monday, October 15th at 7p.  The Varsity can be heard on AM 1600 KDAK around 7p.  All teams are in action on Monday starting with the seventh grade at 3:30p.  It will also be Pink Ribbon Night at the High School.
