CITY (NewsDakota.com) – Pairings have been set for the District 2 volleyball tournament Oct. 25, 26 and 29 at Fargo Oak Grove School.
Central Cass (23-4, 7-0 District 2) is the top seed for the tournament and will take on No. 8 Finley-Sharon/Hope-Page (4-19, 1-6) in the tournament’s opening match at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25.
No. 4 Northern Cass (16-8, 4-3) will take on No. 5 Enderlin (12-7, 3-4) at 4:45 p.m.
Fargo Oak Grove (21-4, 6-1) is the No. 2 seed and will play No. 7 Richland (3-21, 1-6) in the opening round at 6:30 p.m. Kindred (26-9, 5-2) secured the No. 3 seed and will face Maple Valley (19-9, 1-6) in the opening round’s final match at 8:15 p.m. Thursday,.
Semifinals and consolation semifinals are Friday, Oct. 26. Regional qualifiers and the championship match are Monday, Oct. 29.
