Two Injured in Interstate 94 Crash East of Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Authorities say two drivers were injured in a crash east of Jamestown on Wednesday.

Highway Patrol Sgt. Josh Rude said 22-year-old Brittany Beeter was westbound on I-94 7 miles east of Jamestown when she moved into the left lane to pass 31-year-old Scott Mayer and struck Mayer’s right rear.  Mayer’s vehicle ran off the roadway and entered the north ditch.  Beeter went across the median and crossed the eastbound lanes of I-94 and went into the south ditch. 

Rude said Beeter and Mayer were transported to Jamestown Regional Medical Center for treatment of their injuries. The crash is still under investigation.
