CITY (NewsDakota.com) – The Hi-Liner wrestling team has its first home dual of the season Thursday night, hosting the Carrington Cardinals.

Valley City has started the season 0-2 in duals, but showed well at the Knights of Columbus individual tournament last weekend, taking sixth as a team and putting three wrestlers in the championship matches.

Carrington enters with a 2-1 dual record and took fourth as a team at that same tournament. The Cardinals had four wrestlers in the championship matches.

The match will be broadcast on both KOVC 1490 and KDAK 1600. Kyle Hewitt will have the call with prematch at about 6:45 p.m.
