(NewsDakota.com) The Nick Storhaug Wrestling Tournament is set for Friday evening and Saturday in Lisbon.

Oakes along with a handful of other teams from North Dakota, (including Lisbon, LaMoure, Valley City and Jamestown), as well as teams from Minnesota and South Dakota will take to the mats starting at 5 p.m. on Friday to start to the two-day tournament. 

Apple Valley Minnesota came out as the best team out of the 20 team field last year, with a team total of 316.5 points. South Border finished second with 189 points, and Oakes was third with 156 points.

Coverage on KDDR 1220 AM/95.9 FM will start at 4:45 p.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m. on Saturday.
