(NewsDakota.com) Two trucks were involved in a crash on North Dakota Highway 13 at the interchange with Interstate 29 on Monday afternoon, sending one of the drivers to the hospital.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a truck hauling a tanker trailer driven by 55 year old Donald Glazier of Albert Lea Minnesota was driving west on Highway 13 approaching the interchange with I-29 around 5:30 p.m. when he collided at a 90 degree angle with a truck towing a flatbed driven by 69 year old Terrence Clark of Calgary Alberta.

Clark, who was crossing Highway 13 to reach the on-ramp of northbound I-29, was cited for failing to yield and was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries and later released.

Westbound Highway 13 was partially blocked for a time while crews cleaned up the scene. The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.
