N.D. (AP) – Gov. Jack Dalrymple has signed into law a bill that immediately provides 0 million for highway and road improvement projects in the state.

Dalrymple recommended and the Legislature agreed to fast track Senate Bill 2176 so that construction projects could start at the start of the 2013 construction season. The appropriation is part of a larger $2.7 billion transportation funding package.
