N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Senator John Hoeven calls it a major victory for North Dakota. The EPA has given the green light to proceed with construction of a hybrid bio-fuels plant at the Spiritwood Energy Park near Jamestown.

Senator Heidi Heitkamp says it’s great news for the region and the state.

According to Great River Energy, the first phase of construction could employ some 200 workers for 18 to 24 months.
