N.D. (NewsDakota.com) About 300 abortion rights advocates rallied at the state Capitol in Bismarck, urging Governor Dalrymple to veto several abortion bills – described as the most restrictive abortion bills in the country.

Dina Butcher is a long-time Republican activist – and one of the rally organizers.

Dalrymple now has three of the abortion bills on his desk. He can sign them, veto them or let them become law without his signature.
