CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The torrential rain storm that hit Valley City on June, 20 caused a lot of damage to residential and commercial property.

Unfortunately, City Building Inspector Dave Andersen said events like this bring out unscrupulous as well as unlicensed contractors. He had this advice for residents searching for a contractor to repair their property.

Andersen says any Valley City resident who has questions about a suspicious contractor should call his office at 845-1700 ext 4.
