N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Senator Heidi Heitkamp will be in North Dakota this week making several appearances in our area.

Senator Heitkamp will start in Valley City touring the Valley City Head Start Facility to see and hear about the effects of across-the-board spending cuts on students, staff and community on Thursday, December 5th at 9:45 AM.

On Friday, December 6th, Senator Heitkamp will be serving lunch to senior citizens in Jamestown at the James River Community Center at 11:45 AM. Following, she will speak to Edgeley Elementary students to personally congratulate them on being named a National Blue Ribbon School at 2:10 PM at Edgeley Elementary.
