Police Still Searching For Jamestown Man Wanted For Abuse and Neglect

N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A warrant for the arrest of a Jamestown man issued by the Jamestown Police Department is still in effect.

22 year-old James Wallace Abell, Jr. is wanted for Abuse and Neglect of a Child. It is a Class B felony because the victim is under the age of 6. Abell Jr’s last known address was 607 2nd ST Southwest. He has ties to Carrington and Valley City. He was last seen in at the address in Jamestown, although authorities have expressly stated that he was to remain away from the home.
