CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Valley City electrical customers will see a 4 percent increase in their across the board rates starting in March. City Administrator David Schelkoph says it’s been four years since the city has seen an increase.

The city commission unanimously approved of the rate increase during their regular meeting on January 7.
