N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Stutsman Development Corporation held their monthly board meeting with the board of directors on February 3rd.

Discussions included a land purchase next to SEPA Park in Spiritwood. A purchase of 300-350 acres of land for the JSDC that would allow a spur for the rail loop in the Ag Energy Park. DeAnn Brunner with the JSDC said it is a great opportunity for the community.

The purchase price will be $6,000 an acre. The split proposal will ask for the City cost to be 90% and the Commission cost will be 10%.
