(NewsDakota.com) Two area high school football players have been selected to play in the 2014 Badlands Bowl All Star Game.

Milnor/North Sargent’s Wyatt Mund and LaMoure-Litchville/Marion’s Brady Thielges were named to the North Dakota squad earlier this week.

Mund will be attending North Dakota State University in the fall, while Thielges will continue his athletic career at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota and will be a running back for the Wolves football team this fall.

The annual contest features high school players who will be graduating in the spring from North Dakota and Montana. This year’s game is set for June 21 at the Biesiot Activity Center in Dickinson, with kickoff set for 7 p.m. central time.
