CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) After working for the city of Valley City for decades Public Works Auditor/Office manager Claude Beach will be retiring this year.

City Administrator David Schelkoph says Beach served the city with professionalism for more than three decades. Schelkoph says the city is encouraging interested applicants to apply for the position between now and May 16.
