N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Southeast District Court has found a former University of Jamestown student guilty of terrorizing.

19 year-old Robert Flores of Southgate, California was found guilty of terrorizing after four hours of deliberation. Flores was accused of threatening to perform a satanic ritual on three University students by killing them and drinking their blood. The University Campus was placed on lock-down when officials couldn’t locate him on November 7th. Flores had reportedly been on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications.

Possible charges for Flores could include up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
