N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Foster County will be testing its outdoor warning sirens on Wednesday April 30th at 11:15 A.M. in Carrington.

According to Teresa Risovi, The Emergency Manager for Foster County, Code Red will be activated as well for the entire County to test the system and a test will also be sent out for the Lake Juanita area.

“Residents that do not have their cell phones set up to receive notifications for the Lake Juanita area and residence in Foster County, you will receive two calls.
