N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two people are injured after a driver failed to yield at an intersection and struck another vehicle on the driver’s side on Sunday, May 4th.

38 year old David Jones of McHenry, N.D. was traveling on North Dakota Highway 20 from McHenry to the Tolna area. According to Sergeant Robert Kennedy with the North Dakota Highway Patrol, 76 year old Patricia Anderson of Tolna was on her way to church when she failed to yield at an intersection and struck Jones on the driver side of his vehicle.

Both Jones and Anderson were transported to Mercy Hospital in Devils Lake and are in stable condition. Both vehicles were totaled and required towing. The crash remains under investigation.
