N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A 3-year-old boy who wandered away from his farmstead has been found safe after a massive search ended on a happy note today around 2:30am this morning.    

Griggs County Sheriff Bob Hook says the boy was found a mile away from his home. Keeping him warm and safe was his golden German Shepard.

Firefighters and 100 volunteers began searching for Carson Urness about 8:30pm last night. A Cooperstown firefighter on a 4-wheeler found the boy and the dog about 2:30am Tuesday, May 6.
