CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Amanda Clark the owner of Clark’s Cake & Catering known as Mo Eats will be opening a bar in the former Broken Spoke site later this year.

Clark told newsdakota.com that she isn’t sure when the bar will open but once it does the restaurant will extend their business hours and close at 11pm.

The Valley City board of commissioners unanimously approved of a Class D alcohol license for Clark’s Cake & Catering at their regular meeting on May 6.
