N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Fire Department has released their run report for the week of May 23rd through the 30th.

According to Fire Chief Jim Ruether, since the beginning of the year there has been a total of 121 calls that the Department has responded to. In 2013, there were roughly 259 calls responded to.

Below is a full list of calls that the Fire Department responded to over the week.

May 24th, 8:16PM, ready squad responded to 325 17th Ave NE, Single Family Dwelling, to investigate carbon monoxide detector activation. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 0 ppm was detected. Cause-detector malfunction. Time out 35 minutes.

May 28th, 11:36AM, fire department responded to 1400 Block 4th St SW, Grass Fire, to a report of a grass fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire and investigated. Cause-exhaust from vehicle. No injuries reported. Time out 25 minutes.

May 28th, 5:25PM, ready squad responded to 2425 Circle Drive, NDSH-Employees Building, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-burnt food. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 35 minutes.
