Jamestown man facing 60 charges from several contracts made with customers in auto sales will be in an initial court appearance today in Stutsman County.

44 year old Brian Lee Hanson is facing 31 counts of usury and 31 counts of violating the Truth in Lending Act. Contracts made with customers at Budget & Auto Sales in Jamestown showed that Hanson created deals without proper requirements in the North Dakota Century Code.

Jamestown Police Sgt. Thomas Nagel stated that the contracts Hanson made prompted the initial investigation.

His appearance is scheduled for 1:15 PM today.
