(NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Post 14 legion team hasn’t gotten off to the greatest of starts, but are hoping a turn of the calendar can help them get back on track. Post 14 is off to a 4-12 start and still haven’t played the meat of their schedule. Coming off a pair of close losses to West Fargo (3-0 & 3-2), they get back to action this weekend against Fargo Post 400 and Groton.

Head coach Shane Schoeneberg made an appearance on ESPN Jamestown on Monday to discuss the first half of the season and what needs to be fixed into July.

Jamestown will host the Class AA state legion tournament at Jack Brown Stadium beginning at the end of the month. Bismarck, Fargo Post 2 and Grand Forks seem to be the favorites.
