N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Regional Medical Center did not treat anyone for firework related injuries over the Independence Day Weekend.

Over the busy Jamestown weekend, the JRMC did not see anyone admitted into their care for firework related injuries.

According to the National Fire Protection Association, firework related injuries have ranged from 8,500 to 9,800 nationally. Most of the injuries occur to children aged 5 to 19 and adults aged 25 to 44.
