N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Investigation continues in the Foster County primary election.

Secretary of State Al Jaeger contacted Foster County Auditor Teresa Risovi and informed her that they would begin investigating the Foster County Primary election after information alleged that illegal absentee ballots were counted towards the election of the two commissioners positions.

The first four candidates that received the most votes will go on to the November elections. It was reported that over 500 absentee ballots were received in this years primary.
