N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Boarding numbers for the Jamestown Regional Airport were way up for the first full month of jet service from Skywest Airlines.

According to the Manager of the Jamestown Regional Airport Matthew Leitner, July’s numbers of 647 boardings for the Airport topped several high number set over 30 years ago.

The result was a 262% increase in boardings over July 2013. Skywest Airlines began their service in Jamestown on June 5th, replacing Great Lakes Airlines. Skywest provides eleven round-trip flights weekly to and from the Denver International Airport.
