CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Reconstruction on the future home of the city county health offices is about to get into full swing.  Barnes County purchased the building from First Community Credit Union earlier this year.

City County Health Director Theresa Will told commissioners that the bid on the project came in more than $100,000 below estimate.  She says the estimated bid was $414,000 and the accepted bid was $308,000.

Wick Construction will start work in full on November 3. The estimated completion date is February 28. Will says the staff will move into the renovated building about 30 days after the renovation is completed.
